John Woodruff has great insight and care into the hearts of those that he sits with. He has been on the counseling journey for over 20 years, personally and professionally. John is a risky man who loves to sit with people in the mess and celebration of life because Christ does this with him. He has a history of pain and brokenness that brings him tears, as well as redemption, which causes him to suffer and celebrate with others. He cannot fix or transform anyone but he does provide a place where people have experienced transformation by the Spirit. Transformation is not in our power but stepping into a transforming relationship is and is very courageous.

Often you and I try to navigate our lives by ourselves through our own strength and wisdom which I have found personally will lead to exhaustion, frustration, worry, and/or shame. During these times sometimes you and I need someone to walk with us, listen to us tell our stories, and travel with us into places we often dread going alone. It is these places that keep us from walking toward the life we so long and hope for. I would be honored to be one who might join you on your journey for a season to labor, dream, and discover with you what you are uniquely created to be.
